The 30 year old has still not had the best of starts since December last season, he is ruling out any rumours that are linking him to the Catalan or Italian giants. His agent laughed off to any such rumours saying that they were false.
His agent said, “Vidic is not playing at this time because he’s had surgery, so he’s only thinking about his recovery and not about the transfer market.
“Juventus are complete with their non-EU players for this season and it is highly unlikely they will make a bid for Vidic, therefore I can categorically rule out any interest from them.
“Vidic is already part of a top club and there are no negotiations with Juventus or Barcelona.”
In the four Premier League appearances he has made, Vida has averaged 0.8 tackles, one interception and six clearances. His pass success rate currently stands at 90.5%.
