United’s boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, has revealed that Robin van Persie is fit to visit the Carrow Road but Wayne Rooney remains a doubt.
Both of United’s key forwards missed out their international matches due to their respective injuries. However, after resting his thigh problem, he will be ready to face the canaries.
Rooney had, however, a different injury as he had injured his ankle against Aston Villa. Jonny Evans will also remain ruled out due to his groin injury. He also missed out Northern Ireland;s World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan.
“We’ve still got some doubts about Wayne and Jonny Evans,” said Sir Alex. “I think Robin should be fit. We’ll see what they are like today but there is a doubt.
“Phil Jones has been training all week. We will take him to Turkey [to play Galatasaray in the Champions League] with us. He’ll get part of it there, which is a good start for him.”
“Bringing on Chicharito [at Villa] was good for us and he should start tomorrow.”
Thus, United’s injury list is always evolving; growing and shortening; but hopefully this will not affect United’s form – at least that is what the fans want.

Hello. And Bye.
