Usain Bolt is again the fastest man on the Planet

Usain Bolt again has become  the fastest man on the planet after wining  100 meter Olympic Gold last night .Usain Bolt has become the second man in the history to defend his 100 meter title.

 

Usain Bolt first won a 100 meter gold  in  Beijing 2008 and has defended it in 9.63 seconds . Usain Bolt  completed the course in 9.63 seconds  which was more than his previous time of 9.69 which  he set  in Berlin 2009 .

 

Usain Bolt on his victory was very happy and said that

“When it comes to the Championships I run. I always knew I would be OK on that track.”

 

“My coach kept telling me to stop worrying about the race.”

“I was worried about the start. It still wasn’t the best start but I executed it.”

 

Usain Bolt certainly liked the environment around the stadium  and said that

 

“I could feel the energy. I just knew the atmosphere would be like that out there.”

Usain Bolt Jamaican team mate Yohan Blake  won the silver medal after equalling his  personal best of 9.75 seconds while third position was snatched by American   Justin Gatlin in 9.79 seconds .

 

Usain Bolt added

 

“This is the first step to becoming a legend. It’s one step.”

“After the 200m final on Thursday night maybe I can say I’m a legend.”

 

“But winning gold here really means a lot because a lot of people doubted me and said I wouldn’t win. It was great to show people I’m still No 1.”
