As we all know that Arsenal’s boss is stalling talks for his contract at Arsenal and he has entered in his last year. After a lot of criticism for last 8 years the Gunners’ boss has finally shown intent and landed in a stellar signing which was lacking from the London giants since last few years. Arsenal are playing some wonderful football with them moving on the right track for the title challenge.
But there is certain ambiguity regarding Arsene’s future as he recently said that he is in no hurry to sign the contract. Mirror today reported that Paris Saint German have made a strong attempt to lure Wenger away from the Gunners. But will it be the right time for Arsenal? As Wenger is in the middle of his project to make Arsenal the European giants.
The French club have been linked with a move for the Gunners boss for several months despite bringing in Laurent Blanc on a two-year deal in June. However, The Sun on Sunday reports that PSG are preparing one final bid to sign up Wenger next summer.
Arsenal are expected to open contract talks with the 63-year-old in the coming months – offering £8million a year. And in an exclusive interview with MirrorFootball last month, Stan Kroenke said he and the club are keen to keep the Frenchman.
Kroenke said: “He knows how we feel, what our philosophy is, what we want to do and I feel like we are totally aligned. I think he wants to do it the exact same way as we do.
