Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini believes Manchester United have been simply lucky in this season.

Manchester United beat QPR 2-0 and are now 15 points above the City rivals . However City still have to play against Chelsea today and they can cut the points lead to 12.

Mancini said: “Until now United were lucky with everything. They won a lot of games in the last minutes, including against us. They probably deserved to lose that game but won in the last second. I don’t think this is a correct gap at the moment.’

But Mancini added: “If United go forward in the Champions League the last two months will be hard for them.

“They could lose five points in two games before the derby.”

The two sides meet again in the Manchester Derby at Old Trafford on April 8.

I think Mancini is the last person on Earth to talk about wining games in the last minute! He won Championship in the last minute the previous season! His statements are childish! I just don’t know whether it’s him, or the anger inside him speaking!

I don’t think City manager know what he was talking about.

absolutely ridiculous comment,we won the derby in the last minute due to that strike by rvp and the fact that the french ponse[nasri] chickened out of the wall, plus we have won 9 games by coming from behind.mancini is a very mistrusting itai who is a very bad loser.he really hasn,t got a clue about his club and their many slip ups,he needs to look inside himself and realise he,s gone at the end of the season.

Someone please kill this piece of shitt, he is disgrace and coward idiot, he should be taught the meaning of LUCKY first, and if knew it he would have realized winning a BPL once in a blue moon is IN FACT a LUCKY one.

He is talking about us being lucky, and presumably how his side have been unlucky. United have won their games through goals; not luck. League Champions have lost to Southampton and the next thing you know the manager is banging on about United being lucky. Maybe instead of constructing a speech about luck Mancini should focus on managing his team so they can beat half decent teams. Such a sore loser.

It’s not called being ‘lucky’, We have a winning mentality. “Never give up” that’s why we score so many late goals ! Go back to the Mafia you Italian Cunt !

Mancini doesn’t know what he is talking about. The writing is on the wall and he is just trying to take the attention from himself. What makes him think that Man U will struggle in the premiership if they progress in champions league? Fergie has been there before so there is nothing to worry about. Go home Mancini you are drunk..

The irony of the situation is that it was Mancini and his cash-loving team that won the 2011-2012 BPL trophy by sheer luck and probably that is why they keep on thinking others to be in their league….I can feel that pain of yours Mancini…better luck next time…
