The hunt for a quality, world class and a prolific goals scorer will end in January for Arsenal as Real Madrid have offered their best striker to Arsenal in a cut price deal and strong reports have emerged that Arsenal will accept the offer for the striker. This could be a blessing in disguise as Karim Benzema is deemed to be a much better overall player than Gonzalo Higuain whom Arsenal lost out on in the last Summer Transfer Window.
The Spanish side are reportedly keen to offload the France international quickly to fund their pursuit of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez or Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero.
Arsene Wenger is known to be a fan of Benzema and the Gunners were reportedly interested in him over the summer. At that stage, interested parties were being quoted a transfer fee of £40m. But Real may accept as little as £20m in the January transfer window, according to the Evening Standard.
Benzema is not rated by manager Carlo Ancelotti and is not seem to be the part of his plans the Italian is more than happy to see the back of Karim Benzema in the January transfer window. Moreover Real Madrid’s very dear Morata has been in superb form and with the feeders like Ronaldo, Isco, Bale and Di Maria he is bound to score a plethora of goals. So the back of Benzema won’t be much of a problem for Los Blancos.
