Sergio Ramos and Iker Casillas has praised Cristiano Ronaldo after his brace against Barcelona which helped them to qualify for Copa Del Rey Final.
Sergio Ramos said: “Ronaldo is the best in the world, and he shows it in this type of game. You’re always going to suffer against teams like Barcelona – but we were very strong at the back, showing defensive stability, and we have been successful.”
Real Madrid captain Iker Cassilas added: “Cristiano is vital for us. Right now he’s in sensational form and gives us his maximum. We have a 1-1 draw from the first leg against United and we have to score and keep a clean sheet.
“It will be difficult as they also know how to play and their ground is tough to play at. We have to transfer what we did here at Camp Nou to Old Trafford.”
Real Madrid will play Manchester United on 5th March, for which Ronaldo said :
“We must continue with this confidence. Most of the players like to play here and things are going well for us. We will go to Manchester full of confidence.”
