Arsenal forward and midfielder Lukas Podolski was linked with a move to Juventus yesterday, and this might be happening soon because Arsenal have a little benefit here.
However, it seems that Juventus are not the only team who want Podolski and ATletico Madrid have also shown interest in the German. Arsenal, however, might prefer to sell Podolski to ATrletico if they could come up with a little trade.
Since Robin van Persie’s departure, Arsenal have struggled to get a consistent striker and that explains a lot of about how Arsenal are struggling in a lot of places this season. If Arsenal could sell Podolski to Atletico Madrid, and offer them some additional cash, they could easily land Falcao.
Arsenal’s major contender in the Falcao race were Chelsea, but they found a replacement in Demba Ba, so the dice is rolling in Arsenal’s favour.
Besides, Wenger had claimed last month that he had enough finds to sign a big player by saying, “If we find a player of top, top quality we will take him.”
With Podolski being offered, Atletico might find a cheaper replacement for Falcao, and both the clubs will be well off.

What is his pure factitious nonsense?
The headline attempts to imply that an offer has been made to this effect but it turns out to be another work of fiction.
Idiot.
The nearest we Arsenal fc will ever get to Falcao will be if we ever meet them in the Champions league or more realistic the Europa next season, we have as much chance signing Falcao as I have being invited for tea with the Queen at the Palace,It hurts me to say this but Arsenal no longer have the threat or hunger to be successful we will always be a top 6-8 side by the end of next Season or until Stan[the silent man]Kreonke leaves our once great club and let’s someone with passion to manage it again.
we are tired of profit making American
The main problem is Stan Koenke at arsenal not the manager not the defenders not even Chamach or Bendy (they play well when we have Fabregas and Nasri). In every possibility we have to get a proper players the silent Stan is always in our way. Ian Wright is right we will not achive with Stan.
The only thing to keep the players, is to improve in the payment of the wages,so please management help mr Wenger in that situation, thank you.
What happens to afc if stan has a heart attack and dies?
We win the premier league unbeaten again
Poldi to juve, may be some truth but doubt it. Falcao to arsenal never. To even suggest it is brain dead – we hope but lets be realistic and stop dreaming. When wenger talks top notch striker he means someone like sturridge (a 10m squad player really) not a 40m goal scoring machine he has to pay 200k a week. Stop talking rubbish and getting peoples hopes up.
You tom tom are a dreamer ,nothing but a dreamer… never in a million years
