Nani has revealed that even he is unsure about his future saying that only God knows where he will end up the next season.
The Portuguese midfielder, who was once expected to take Cristiano Ronaldo’s place at United, has only played five of the twelve matches United has played this season.
However, he wishes to move on as a lot of big clubs show interest in him. Juventus are gladly willing to sign this 25-year old player.
Nani has said that neither Ferguson nor he, himself, knows anything about his future and only od can tell where this man will end up.
“Only God knows what awaits me,” he told the Sun. “I am in perfect condition – I am physically good and feeling confident. I am the same Nani as always.”
Nani has played as a substitute in United’s last two games. Against Braga, he came on in the second half in place of Shinji Kagawa.
As Fergie has changed the formation this year, Nani could have been pretty much suitable for it.
“If it turns out we play the diamond consistently it would be revolutionary because it is going against our history,” said Ferguson.
“But the level of the game in England and Europe now is so high that making yourself unpredictable is going to be a strength.
“Teams will have to think if we are going to use two out wide or the diamond because we have players capable of doing both things.
“Kagawa and [Tom] Cleverley can play really well in the type of game that a diamond offers, whilst in Nani, Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia we have very good wide players.”
Hopefully, God will take Nani to the team that is best suited to him.
