MANCHESTER CITY DEFENDER WANTS ARSENAL!

Captain Bacman has been Arsenal’s most loyal player in the past. For a player of his quality he stuck with Arsenal and did refuse many top offers from other teams who constantly won silverware. But let us face it, as he is ageing, Arsenal don’t have a quality RB to properly replace him and no offense to Jenkinson, he is not on Sagna’s level at the moment.

Man City defender Micah Richards wants to secure a move to Arsenal despite apparent interest from Chelsea according to Sports Direct News. The adaptable England international, who can play at right-back or in a central defensive role, is hoping Arsene Wenger makes a move for his services as he seeks to re-ignite a career that is currently stuttering at the Etihad Stadium.

Jose Mourinho is also keen on the Man City man who is currently warming the bench with Pablo Zabaleta forcing him out of Manuel Pellegrini’s first team starting line-up.

The quality of Richards shouldn’t be warming the bench at any team and he would surely look to jump ships as soon as he gets an opportunity. Richards was a big hit when he first emerged as a Man City regular, earning regular England caps early in his career, but injuries and average form have seen the Birmingham born defender become something of a bit-part player in the last couple of years.
