Since last two or three transfer windows Arsenal have been constantly in linked with Real Madrid players with successfully landing Mesut Ozil; their record signing in the history of the club. This hasn’t stopped yet with Arsenal being in link with Angel Di Maria and Alvaro Morata heavily.
Reports have suggested that Arsenal have inquired the availability of Alvaro Morata who is sighted as one of the best young Spanish talents. It was also reported that Alvaro has been slightly frustrated with the playing time the Italian Carlo Ancelotti has provided him with.
Arsenal have been interested in taking the striker to the Premier League over the past six months, and were reportedly close to striking a loan-deal with the Spanish giants during the January transfer window.
Despite a deal never materialising, Arsene Wenger’s men have since been linked with making a summer swoop, with some speculation suggesting that an agreement is already in place.
According to the Italian press which was later picked up by Marca, the Spanish U21 international has since become a target for Inter Milan president Erick Thohir.
With a reunion set for the April 24 with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, it is reported the Spanish giants are willing to sell Morata for €22m, but with a €25 buy-back clause inserted into his contract – similar to Barcelona’s deal with Roma for youngster Bojan.
