Cesc ,Nasri , Robin Van Persie,Alex song and now Theo walcott.Arsene Wenger now has given Theo Walcott only three months to sign a new contract with Arsenal .As we all know that Walcot’s contract will expire next summer and he will be free agent but Arsen wenger thinks that next two months are vital otherwise the situation will become difficult .
About the situation wenger told the press that
“The longer this situation lasts the more difficult it becomes. I still hope to sign him and the next two months are vital.”
Walcot has not started a game since his contract talks broke down few months a ago .Walcot rejected an offer of £75,000 a week which certainly depicts his interest of leaving the club .Arsen Wenger is also looking in a mood of selling him as the Chelsea and Liverpool target is looking for some first team action.
“It will depend on the needs of the team and the club.”
“We can afford to go to the end of the contract if needed.”
“Let’s hope we can find a solution over the next two months.”
“No player is happy when he doesn’t play.”
Although the intent of Walcott leaving the Arsenal is very vague .First is obviously that like his previous team mates walcott is unhappy with lack of silverware ambition of Arsenal or the introduction of alex oxlade-chamberlain has pushed Walcott back in the waiting list and he is not getting the regular start that he wanted .
