The former Manchester United boy Cristiano Ronaldo is expecting a warm welcome from the old trafford fans where he spent  the 6 illustrious  years of his career .

At Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo was at the echelon  of success .He was wining trophies  and above all was groomed  into a world class player .

Ronaldo  left Manchester United  in 2009 for Real Madrid   for £80 million (€93.9 million) thus becoming the most expensive footballer in history.

Now this most expensive  footballer will return to old trafford for the sake of Champions league advancement and is expecting a warm welcome .He said

“I’m sure they will receive me well.”

“After the years I spent there and the friendships I have, I’m sure it’s one of the places where they’ll applaud me most. It was a beautiful time.”

Cristiano Ronaldo  has also shown his desire of scoring at Old Trafford .He insisted that he would love to score at old trafford again.

He added that

“It would be a beautiful sensation. If I score against them, it would be spectacular.”

“I can’t say how I’d celebrate  it would be something spontaneous  but I’d love to be in that situation.”
