Turkish midfielder’s agent has revealed that the move to Premier League for his player is very attracting and flattering. The Atletico Madrid player Arda Turan, has been linked with a transfer to England in the past and although Bulut says the player’s club does not want to sell him, he insists the move will happen if the release clause for Turan is met which is around €24 million.
The player has been linked to a number of Premier League teams with Arsenal as the frontrunners as Arda Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut claimed that Arsenal and Liverpool have showed interest in landing him. The recent interview of Bulut states that Arsenal’s move is likely and on the cards.
He said, “Atletico Madrid does not want to sell Arda [Turan]. However, if his €24m minimum-fee release clause is activated then they will have to listen to offers, A transfer to the Premier League is likely. There are a few clubs interested. Liverpool is one and Arsenal another. There have been no concrete offers but two clubs have spoken about wages,”
Wenger has yet to spend a dime this summer on any new players to strengthen a squad that finished fourth last year, only bringing in 20 year old Yaya Sanogo. The fans want to see Arsenal make some new signings as many fans were seen holding a poster urging Wenger to spend with only two weeks remaining in the transfer window
