January might be far far away for us, but for the clubs it’s something that is approaching fast. As the transfer window opens in January, most of the teams have players short listed.
Radamel Falcao has been linked with teams like Chelsea, PSG, Manchester City and Madrid. As Atletico Madrid can see this, they are preparing to sign a player which could take Falcao’s place. Javier Hernandez might be leaving Manchester United to move to Atletico Madrid, the former club of the current United goalkeeper, David de Gea.
Falcao’s release clause is £46 million which automatically means only richer clubs will be able to afford him.
Hernandez had joined United in 2010 for £7 million but has become a fourth choice Striker at United after Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck. Chicharito had scored 20 impressive goals in his first season. However this season, he has scored one goal from seven appearances only.
It is rumoured that if Falcao gets sold, Atletico will pay £12 million for the ‘little pea’.
