With some heavy speculation going on regarding Julian Draxler’s move to Arsenal it is quite evident that if in any case the move goes through, Gunners will have a lot of creative options for the attacking midfield position. And hence playing time wouldn’t be guaranteed to everyone.
May be seeing this, Rosicky, who has been a fan favorite for the Gunners has decided to seek an exit from Emirates as Sport Direct News has stated that European Giants Bayern Munich are interested in the 33 year old Czech star.
The 33-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and has been courted by several European clubs and a number of MLS sides after an impressive campaign at the Emirates Stadium.
Despite competing for a starting place with international talent in arguably the strongest area of the Gunners’ team, Rosicky has shaken off previous doubts about his fitness by producing a string of influential performances.
It is understood that his preference is to stay at Arsenal, and boss Arsene Wenger has hinted that he wants to see the midfield man’s contract extended.
However, if a deal cannot be struck, there will be no shortage of offers and Bayern head coach Pep Guardiola is an admirer of Rosicky’s talents.
