The Gunners’ boss Arsene Wenger is set to sign three new players for total of £23.5m, hearing from CaughtOffside.
Wenger has been busy signing big players like Alexis Sanchez, Mathieu Debuchy and Calum Chambers. He is still not finished yet and want to remain busy in the window by signing three players with not hefty fee.
With new arrivals looking likely in defence, midfield, and attack, Arsenal hope to conclude the signings of these three players in the near future:
Three different(position) players are being bought. Rumours are:
The 23-year-old Olympiacos defender Kostas Manolas is on Wenger’s radar to strengthen their defence. The Greek international has performed exquisitely well for his country and club in his current appearances, which makes him a top player to sign by different clubs like Juventus. Moreover he has arrived at the Emirates for his medical and looking forward to become a fine replacement for Thomas Vermaelen.
Another player to impress Wenger could be Paris Saint-Germain’s wonder-kid Adrien Rabiot who could join Arsenal for a fee of £5.5m. The 19 year old recently didn’t renew his contract with the French side, however Arsenal are looking to take advantage of that. Chelsea are also on a verge of signing the midfielder.
At the end, Arsenal are ready to bring the Napoli striker Eduardo Vargas who is highly recommend by their new signing Alexis Sanchez, who also plays for Chile national team. Wenger wants him as a backup striker and can also be a future first team player.
