Arsenal did not entirely spent their money on the quality transfers with around 50m still in the bag and with recently reports coming out of Arsenal’s being the number one club for their fixed assets in Europe money on landing the players like Reus and Draxler should not be a problem.
Arsenal according to reports is now plotting an audacious bid for the highly rated German duo.
Reports in Italy suggest that Arsenal remain interested in Draxler having tracked him for much of the summer but now face competition for the midfielder from Turin giants Juventus.
It is thought that Juventus would be willing to match Schalke’s £34m asking price for Draxler, a free that has previously deterred Arsenal from making a move.
Reus, meanwhile, is also being monitored by Arsenal according to reports and had been linked with a January move to the Emirates.
Wenger is thought to have £30m left in his transfer kitty even after splashing over £42m on Mesut Ozil as the transfer window drew to a close. It is reported that Reus buyout clause is 34m which will be enough to lure him away from Dortmund.
