A Spanish website that is solely dedicated to Valenica has reported that Arsenal have sent their officials to the Spanish city to wrap up a deal for their goalkeeper Vicente Guaita.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper came through the ranks of Valencia’s youth side, but he has never really got a proper chance of playing because of the team’s first choice goalkeeper Diego Alves, and the player is unhappy at the club.
Superdeporte.es have reported that the Spanish side are aware of the Gunners’ interest and they have even tried to offer him a new contract, but the player is not ready to sign the contract.
Arseblogs who do not report on rumours usually have reported on this because the Spanish website are always ‘well-informed’ of the happenings going at the Spanish side.
Arsenal’s current goalkeeper Woljech Szczesny seems to be very error-prone these days and he conceded three goals from Aston Villa when the side defeated the Gunners in their opening fixture of the season.
