Russian agent Dimitri Seluk believes that Arsenal’s Andrei Arshavin’s next destination could be Fulham, as Russian clubs will not sign him.
Seluk is not Arshavin’s agent but he has revealed that due to his wage demands, many Spanish and Russian clubs have backed off and the only option he has been left with is England.
Arshavin really wants to get his future sorted as the 31-year-old has only been featured for 16 minutes this season and his contract expires this season.
Arshavin would either have to lower his wage demands, or he would end up a club like Fulham.
“Top English clubs won’t take him,” Seluk told Sports.Ru.
“And considering the fact that he doesn’t want to leave London, the next club for Arshavin will be Fulham or something like that.”
Whether Fulham need him or not, that is the real question because they already have Mark Schwarzr, Giorgios Karagounis, Damien Duff and Dimitar Berbatov in their squad for the experience.
