Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has found out a replacement for Bacary Sagna, if he leaves the club at the end of the season. According to Daily Mirror, Wenger wants to sign Feyenoord’s right-back Daryl Janmaat as a replacement.

The 30-year-old defender could decide to leave Arsenal as his contract expires at the end of 2013/2014. Paris St Germain, Inter Milan and a few Middle Eastrern clubs are said to be interested in him.

Arsene Wenger will offer Sagna a one-year contract extension, but the full-back wants a longer deal.
However, his recent form has not been excellent as the player has suffered from two broken legs within 12 months, and thus Wenger has been forced to find out other replacements for him.

Arsenal’s main target is the Dutch international Daryl Janmaat who has been scouted many times by the North Londoners. Janmaat currently plays for a Eredivisie side and has received three international caps.

He joined Feyenoord from Heerenveen last summer and due to Arsenal’s close loan-relations with the Dutch side, the club could possibly sign the defender.
