Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that there are three teams in England that have resources equivalent to those of Paris Saint-Germain.
Arsene is struggling to make his team last in the top-four this season, but the fight to move just one spot above is a hard one. However, Arsenal will have to carefully stay at their place, otherwise they might lose their fifth place to Liverpool.
The Frenchman has compared Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United to PSG – who are owned by a rich Qatar oil company.
“Here [in England] there are three PSGs you have to beat every time, every year”, he explained to beINSPORT.
“In the Champions League the level is very high. We’re missing a few things, but we must keep going.”
Arsenal were eliminated from the Champions League last night on away goals, after putting up a strong fight against the German giants, Bayern Munich. Munich lost 2-0 to Arsenal at home.
