Balotelli could be the best striker in the world if he applied himself, he just needs the right manager to discipline him, keep him in line but also nurture him. The man can do everything, free kicks, penalties, movement, dribbling, physicality; he is almost good at everything except his brain malfunctions at times.
But who knows under the right management he develops himself as one of the finest in the Premier League because he certainly has the potential for it and there is no better man to guide him in this other than Arsene Wenger.
Balotelli continues to cause controversy in Serie A and Rossoneri boss Clarence Seedorf reportedly sees his compatriot Van Persie as the way forward.
Ex-Manchester City striker proved he has lost none of his spark with a live television row with Serie A pundits Zvonomir Boban and Giancarlo Marocchi.
Balotelli’s Rossoneri side lost 2-0 to Roma on Friday night and the forward was subbed off.
During an interview on Sky Italia after the game Balotelli told Marocchi, “You don’t understand anything about football.”
Boban was particularly critical of Balotelli’s performance.
But the ex-Blue said to him: “You always talk about me. When Milan win Mario’s great, but when Milan lose it’s all Mario’s fault.”
And now AC Milan want to get rid of him with his potential destination being Manchester United. As United aren’t in the Champions League, Arsenal can easily hijack the deal to sign him as they’re almost through to the Champions League.
