Reports in CaughtOffside have revealed that Arsenal are planning to launch bids for Mario Balotelli and Hulk this summer.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been handed over a transfer budget of £100million and it is obvious that a striker would be his highest priority since the club are in need of a world-class striker since Robin van Persie’s departure.
Several websites had claimed last week that Arsenal had already completed Hulk’s signature after getting their £26.5m bid accepted by Zenit Saint Petersburg. A lot of people had claimed that these news were false but CaughtOffside are claiming that the deal has actually been completed and Arsenal have completed the business with the player’s representative.
They also claim that the Balotelli deal would be completed in the coming week. The Gunners have launched a bid of around £20m and they are hoping that it would satisfy the demands of the Italian side AC Milan. The Italian striker has been heavily linked back to the
Premier League since he has been subject to major racial abuse at the Italian club.
However, it goes without saying that CaughtOffside are not the most reliable sources in the football world so you might just hope all that they are saying is true which is less likely.
