Arsene Wenger has revealed his side’s injury details ahead of their FA Cup clash versus Coventry City.
Wenger has always been known to play a slightly different side during cup games, and it seems like Giroud could be given a little rest since the striker has played almost all the games for the North Londoners this season.
Nicklas Bendtner is fit to play as he has been training with the club this week. The striker was last seen in action on New Year’s Day when he scored an important last minute winner against Cardiff City.
Wenger told the media: “He’s [Bendtner] been back in the squad since the start of the week and he’s available if selected.”
On the other hand, Arteta and Ramsey are still not fit enough to play.
“Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsey join the squad on Monday, they are not available for Friday’s game. We lost as well Rosicky, he’s not available.”
Wenger also revealed that Yaya Sanogo will return to action next week.
