Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea are now on high-alert since Bayern Munich droppef Toni Kroos.
A number of Premier League clubs are interested in signing the player as rumours have increased regarding the player’s weakening relationship with the club.
The midfielder was benched during Bayern Munich’s victory over Eintracht Frankfurt over the weekend and this happened just one week after the player got very angry when he was substituted during a match.
The player is yet to sign a new contract to commit himself to the European Champions. The disagreement is regarding his wage as the player is being offered £60,000-a-week deal but he wants a £150,000-a-week deal.
Manchester United were apparently his likely destination in the January transfer period but Daily Mail claim that any of these five Premier League clubs would happily offer him that wage.
An offer of around £25m would apparently be enough to land the player, but since the transfer window is closed, everyone will have to wait till the summer.
